Is this a simple fix? I cant seem to get my head around it. With the latest version of grasshopper the problem seems to be with the offset, both the lines go in the same direction and not inwards, therefore creating nothing to intersect….

Unfortunatly i don't know anything about scripting. I had to use that because i didn't find a way to obtain diamond panels without scripting. The probelm i found, is that this first part runs with the script. You can feed the result from each step to the next one.
